SHIPPING

I do my best to pack and send off your orders as quickly and carefully as possible using recyclable, plastic-free packaging. Normally this will only take a maximum of 3 days but sometimes I may need to especially make your order for you and this can take a little longer, but not long at all. If you are in a hurry please feel free to contact me and I can tell you if I have the item you need in stock.

NATIONAL SHIPPING

All national orders are sent with Correos as tracked parcels. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent. Shipping within Spain is free.

If you are ordering from the Canary or Balaeric Islands please send your identification number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are sent with Correos as a tracked small letter. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent. This service is a flat rate of 5'50€ and free on orders over 80€.

Depending on where you live internationally your order can take anywhere from 3 to 30 days to arrive, this largely depends on hold ups in customs. I know this can be super annoying but please wait the 30 days. While you wait you can check your tracking number for more information, make sure your address is correct, see if your neighbour maybe accepted it for you or contact your local post office in case they didn't notify you.

RETURNS

I can accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase. A refund can not be issued until I have received your parcel again. You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. I highly recommend using tracked shipping as I cannot be held responsible for lost returns. 

When your order has returned back to me I will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs. Refunds can take a few days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Please check your bank or PayPal account up to a week after you receive notification of your refund.

I cannot exchange items unless the item was damaged or lost and as long as the product you want is in stock. If it is not, a refund can be issued or you can ask for shop credit.

Please contact me and I will send you a return address, you can also find it on your parcel.
